Truea community for discussion and posts about weather I use weatherspark.com all the time I wish it could stay on forever I wish it was on my wall, cell phone, in the bathroom, on my tv, everything Lets discuss features, places we've mounted displays to show it, etc I think that we might have some cool stuff collaboratively. So i've used a bunch of weather apps and websites over the years All of them show today's weather and predictions, but if you want to see historical weather, you either can't, or you have to go to some other special part of the site or app, and that information is presented differently than current/future weather. It’s not quite yet ready for public launch, and is desktop only for the beta, but if anyone wants to help me beta test it you can register (no email required) with the invite code For mobile there's an app called weather archive on google play or itunes It has historical data and forecast Comparison feature is missing though Definitely not as nice as weatherspark. Comparing weather averages between cities ( i love to explore different areas around the country, and i'm also a bit of a weather nerd so i used to use weatherspark all the time You could easily select up to 4 different weather stations from a map and compare different weather averages. I've been using the site weatherspark for a few years now and didn't realize the extent to which i relied upon it, until i go on today and the main feature, the dashboard is gone I feel like i'm flying blind here until i can find an alternative that comes close to being as good as the dashboard Anyone who has used weatherspark know of anything that comes close? How is it even possible that in 5 years there still is nothing close to weatherspark I want to see average temperature for a month/day/week but i want to see that averages based on shorter ranges of data I have no idea how weather spark gets their average temps, but i assume their datasets are likely from as far back as recorded records Is there a place to see average temps, but with shorts length of time 5 years, 10 years 20 years?
