Why Is My Mini Split Leaking Water Content from Video Creators #805

Hi so i had my minii split gree for over 5 years and i did clean out the water drain line about 2 years ago This summer it started leaking again but water is coming out of the drain line dripping fine. Where is the return air being drawn from Condensation forms from the air from within the space coming in contact with the cold evaporator coil Coils are often coated with a light oil which was used in the manufacturing of the coil Under normal conditions , this oil will disminish do to the coil condensing, warm air from the furnace passing over it, etc.if there is a trend for this goo to. We have two samsung quietzone units installed in a large well insulated garage in south florida Picture a small car dealer showroom, including the tile floors,etc But minus the picture windows. Bunch of factors that can occur with water dripping out of the front of the unit, we install a few hundred mini splits a year and never once has oversized been one of them. Do leaks in the mini split systems tend to get worse over time While it was leaking, i opened up the compartment to see what was going on, and the best i can figure is that some of the water is leaking down the face of the coils, and dripping onto the outside edge of the plastic drain pan I attached a sketch to show this a little better Most of the water is draining properly. However, this week the unit in my bedroom was leaking and blowing in the drain did not clear it There was a little drainage dripping on the outside so i figured it was only partially blocked I put my small wet/dry vac on it and it pulled out the blockage and the water from the pan drained out quickly. Customer called recently and said the insulation on the line sets was leaking water. I have a mini split and one unit is dripping water The pan and the machine is ultra clean This is the 5th year, but the 1st one that water is dripping I tought that a good clean would clear the problem but after one day the problem came back
